We all live a life full of hassles..where we have time for everything except our health.
To keep a track of your health and weight,there are some simple things which you can follow.

1)Eat ONLY when you are hungry and not when it is time to eat.Also your stomach knows when it is filled up ,so do not unnecessarily stuff yourself .

2)Don’t stay hungry..staying hungry is staying foolish.Just watch what you eat.U can eat fruits,vegetables,sprouts,raisins ,hazelnuts

3)Try a different exercise routine everyday.Go early morning jogging on a beach one day.Try jogging in a park next day.Another day try swimming and may be another day try dancing .You can also try yoga one day and aerobics for another day.Hit the gym may be 3-4 times a week.This will break the monotony and keep you fit
Try innovative things like Kickboxing,Water Aerobics,Zumba etc

4)When you have to go for social functions like office parties,weddings,dinners,just watch what you eat.Before going for those parties eat an apple or a salad so that your intake is restricted. Go low on Alchohol..

5)Eat lot of fresh fruits.If you want to go for Fruit juices don’t put sugar in those.Fruits already contain natural sugar which your body needs and will absorb from fruits.

6) Go for phulka/bhakri/roti instead of bread/paratha..You can eat brown bread,but make sure it is authentic as nowadays we get lot of breads which just have added brown colour.

7)Do not eat canned food or preserved food.Try eating fresh vegetables instead

8) Once a week treat yourself with a small piece of chocolate(not an entire bar).That too early morning before you go for a run

9)If possible ,once in two weeks try taking steam bath and preferably after a workout.It will cleanse your skin,relax your muscles and clear your sinuses.Make sure you drink atleast  1 litre of water after steam

10)Drink loads of water, preferably lukewarm.Atleast 3-4 litres everyday.Also instead of coffee try herbal tea.Dont put milk or sugar in it.

11)You can include lot of Cornflakes,Muesli,Nuts,Raisins,Walnuts,Apricots,Almonds in your diet.Mix all together and store it in an airtight container.Whenever you are hungry or craving for something bad(meaning chips ,samosa,,Pringles,burger), have this with cold milk.Keep it in your desk drawer(if you are working) or in your kitchen

12)Do simple excercises like sit ups and squats daily.You don’t even need to go to a gym.You can do it at home and would take maximum 5-10 mins
Start with 5 and go till 100..over a period of 3-4 months

13) Include soups(fresh ones not the packaged ones) and Salads in your diet

14)You can eat everything,provided you eat in small quantities and keep a watch on your tongue

15)Smile..Laugh and Make best of  your life..Keep Glowing with health
