My Reverse Bucket List : Best things that happened in the last decade

Image
According to the article by Fastcompany - The reverse bucket list is pretty straightforward: Rather than writing down all of the things you hope to one day achieve, you instead write down a list of all the things you’ve already accomplished, things that make you feel proud. It’s the exact opposite of a regular bucket list–and it’s an encouraging exercise. Here is my Reverse bucket list from 1st Jan 2010 to 31st Jul 2022 Visited Bali on a luxury holiday Took my first business class flight Went on a company sponsored overseas business trip  Visited Scotland  Got my own diamond earrings Got my own diamond ring Got my first iPhone and subsequent apple gadgets Lived in London  Saw my childhood favourite star Sachin Tendulkar in person  Met my favourite author Jack Canfield and clicked a pic with him Bought Diamond earrings for my mom  Improved body stamina ,flexibility and endurance  Became a Zumba Fitness Instructor  Got self employed  Got featured as a featur

The pic  is a Snippet of my Zumba Training with CRISIL group - A Mumbai based Corporate Zumba for corporates under my brand was born out of a necessity to help corporates bust their stress with such an amazing workout. And as they say Necessity is the Mother of invention  In 2014 I realised i was getting burnt out at work as an Investment Banker. I used to get panic attacks at my desk and had too many deadlines too much work on my plate and stress had become my middle name. I just wished if there was something which we Corporates got as a stress buster. I had no time to workout and my food habits were even worse. There were days I had lunch at 4 pm and would put all the wrong stuff inside my stomach majorly being full of sugar. I had always loved Zumba since 2011. It was not just a workout but also joy for me. At times I used to sit at my desk and wonder If I could do more Zumba I d feel much better. I remember in 2015 while doing a fun goal setting activity with my friends on a

Well -I have chucked Perfectionism and refuse to let it control my life. I believe in Aligning and Flowing with Universe instead Today in our morning Zen Hour Class we spoke about how important it is to Let Go of CONTROL.  We try to control outcomes of all situations and the moment the actual outcome doesn’t match the outcome in our head we stress out burn out and get into panic mode.  Panic mode is only supposed to be activated if a tiger is chasing you and you are running for life - NOT if a client is waiting on your head for an email or your boss is asking you why you missed a deadline or not if your Uber is delayed for 20 mins or not even if you forgot your house keys . We live in a culture where working hard and killing Yourself means success. We hustle so much that we forget to align to our core identity.  According to Louise Hay - Dangerous Diseases like Parkinsons and Paralysis are caused by Fear and an intense desire to control everything and ev

Sharing a few below to bring joy in your life and to inspire you to believe in your dreams no matter what 1. And, when you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it. 2. It’s the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting 3. One is loved because one is loved. No reason is needed for loving. 4. There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve: the fear of failure. 5. The simple things are also the most extraordinary things, and only the wise can see them. 6. Rememb
