Focus on love
And now instead of focusing energy on bashing or criticism..divert it to praise
Instead of criticising the person you hate..praise the ones you love 

Most will not agree ..
But praising is Easier isnt it? life is meant to be simple..
And Energy is meant to be utilised for the right cause!
