10 Things to learn from Dil Dhadakne Do

10 things DDD taught you
1) Follow your passion..whether it is dancing, flying, journalism or setting up your own startup. You ll struggle a lot initially but will get there

2) Tell the truth to your parents; it is better than lying to them. You have to tell them you have your own opinions and you got to be frank with them.
They love you unconditionally although they may do drama at times. After all they are your real "life boat"

3) Take your siblings into confidence; they are your real support pillar. They may eat your ice cream but no one will understand you like them. Support them, love them and be there for them. They are your true best friends
4) Have faith and patience with your love life rather than jumping into a"practical" marriage of convenience.
At the same time dont make your girlfriend/boyfriend wait for too long. They may not wait that long and both of you may land up being miserable for years
5) Listen to your heart, and use your head to get there. The heart knows what it wants and the head figures out what to do to reach there. Take baby steps everyday , you ll reach there

6) The housewife aunties will talk behind your back and even try to set you up ( if you are single or if they 'think'you are single ) with unsuitable suitors; ignore them anyways. Tell them to get a life:-)
7) Dogs are much smarter than human beings and are adorable too. They love each of us and know how we feel. Love them back; they ll never leave you, even if you are sinking
8) It is never too late to start from the scratch, whether it is a wrong profession or a wrong marriage. Walk out ..start fresh. Dont think of what the society would say. They ll talk anyways

9) Love happens at a most unexpected time with the most unexpected person..whether it is at first sight or with your best friend; treasure it. Be with someone who would understand your zest for life.

10) Break the rules if needed...after all your heart needs to beat..Dil Dhadakne Do!!
